Morning Glorythoughts Monday. . . . . . March 2, 2010 Good Morning, Folks! For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righeous will live by faith." Romans 1:17 It is such a good thing, that God, in His infinite wisdom, sent us into the world, without knowledge of every plan, that He had ordained. Until we became enlightened of Him, His love for us, our human minds could not understand, that He had plans for us, which transcended ours, by far. If many had known, all along, I'm sure that many would have thought that their plans were far better, and would wish to change a few things, along the way. This is what is taking place now, among those who do not yet know Christ. They are creating their own plans, with their own devices, and making decisions in their own wisdom, without His, included. So, we have that segment of society, working against those of God's people, and how He manages to keep it all under control, I have no idea. But, we need to thank Him today, that we have His plans, His power, His love, working and moving in each surrendered life, and that He guards and directs our every step, gradually, as we humbly seek Him, His wisdom, His grace, and move forward, in His perfect will, walking in faith. What a mighty God, we serve! The Seasons We know that we must endure God's seasons, for whatever cause, whatever reason. We may trust and we may rest, that our Father knows best, as we are approached by every challenge and test. Some seasons are abundant, while some are barren and dry, but only God knows which to send, and why. Some, we anticipate with full expectation, and some we'd rather bypass which bring discouragement and desolation. Our seasons are balanced; some bearing sadness, but we know that our Father's love, too, will bring those of joy and gladness. Sandra Lewis Pringle |
