Preview: New Year's Eve

Yep, it's that gorgeous time of year again. And cashing in on the holiday season is a brand new Hollywood flick with an all-star cast. Christmas and the last day of the year is the time for togetherness or so we've been told by countless ensemble films. And 2011's New Year's Eve is no different.

It stars some big names - Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Robert De Niro, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron, Hector Elizondo, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Til Schweiger, Ryan Seacrest, Hilary Swank and Sofia Vergara. Now, that's one helluva line-up.

Director Garry Marshall who has teamed with Katherine Fugate, screenwriter of last year's all-star romcom Valentine's Day, promises this film is about all things feel-good and in keeping with the holiday spirit. What's more, it's got New York as a stunning backdrop.
