Good Morning Folks!

"Do not rebuke a mocker or he will hate you ... rebuke a wise man and he will love you."
Proverbs 9:8

The most essential need we have as Christians, are those surrounding us who are in harmony and complete agreement. Someone who is in opposition of agreement, will chip away at any effort or endeavor of others. A contentious spirit brings along with him, an attitude which opens the door for the enemy to enter into any group or organization, working havoc.
It is, by far, the most poisonous person in any arena! They look for opportunities to disagree with those who operate in godly wisdom and purpose. They spend time discussing the business of others, and they are very unthankful people! It is almost impossible to please such a person, who is quick to find fault, quick to sow seeds of doubt, or who contradicts the ideas of others ... especially which are based upon sound knowledge and direction. We must guard ourselves and our faith walks, from such as these! To face a contentious person with boldness and the truth of God, is the best way to deal with them. The enemy works through contentious people mightily, as agreement of any kind, is the worst nightmare the enemy has! Any family who will not freely agree and pray together, is being ruled by one of the enemy's strongest allies, a contentious spirit. This cannot be!

Dear Father:
For each one reading today, I pray that You will examine their families, their organizations, and will weed out contentious spirits, which are affecting them, or hindering them from prosperity. Father ... I ask, in Jesus' name, that You will begin to work and move in those contentious spirits, and will remove them from their positions of assignment for the enemy. Thank You, Father, for the removal of such spirits, and I give You thanks, glory, and all the praise, for doing so! In Jesus' name, Amen slp ††† Pray for those who are without God, that He will help them, in their time of need, and draw them close to Him. †††
Prayer for our Nation: Father, we lift up America to You, and all within. Work and move, by the power of Your Holy Spirit to pour out fresh anointings of peace, prosperity, and promise. Father ... We need restoration, and our eyes of hope are turned upward to You, our Refuge in times of trouble. Bless us, O Lord, and may we see America, our beloved country, restored in Your righteousness. In Jesus' name, Amen
